I recently had a consultation with Dr. Ben Wright at Yorkshire Dental Practice in Wakefield, and I want to share my experience. Initially, I felt quite nervous about my visit, primarily because I couldn’t find any of his work showcased on Instagram. The impressive results I had seen from other dental practices on social media were a significant factor in my decision to choose Yorkshire Dental, so not having that visual reassurance made me apprehensive.However, as soon as I walked into the practice, my nerves began to dissipate. Dr. Ben Wright has a wonderful ability to put patients at ease. I have a diastema in my front teeth that has worn and cracked over the years, and in my previous consultations at other leading clinics, the common assumption was that I wanted to eliminate it entirely, which left me feeling discouraged.In contrast, Dr. Ben Wright immediately recognised the uniqueness of my smile and emphasised how he could complement it while neatly addressing my concerns. His approach was refreshing and reassuring, making me feel valued as a patient. I even traveled all the way from Manchester to benefit from his expertise, and it was absolutely worth it.Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ben Wright for anyone looking for a thoughtful and skilled dentist who understands the importance of enhancing individual smiles rather than conforming to a one-size-fits-all approach.I have added some pictures of the before and after to show emphasis on how a little goes along way. Well after needing 7 root canals I couldn’t be happier with the service and how friendly and kind everyone is.Everything is clear and precise with a detailed written out plan with clear costings so you know exactly what is going to happen.The staff on reception are so lovely and make you feel at ease straight away.I was so anxious and worried about these root canals but I saw the root canal specialist and the service I have been given so far (6 down 1 to go) I would happily recommend them.Thank you and thank you for my lovely flowers 😍 the care you take to make sure that each patient is okay and cared for is above any I have seen in a very long time.

Upon arriving you are made to feel welcome, the whole place is very visually pleasing. During the consultation I was made to feel very comfortable, I was even complimented on my research/knowledge around the procedure I was enquiring about, and the knowledge they have on hand is brillint, very open and honest but also listen to what you want. They even let me use the toilet twice! All in all I'm happy with the choices I was given, very friendly feel about the place. Very professional atmosphere and probably the most comfortable waiting room I've been in. Everything ran like clock work. Nothing worse than waiting past your appointment time but this wasn't the case.
I’ve been very insecure with my teeth as I was in domestic abuse relationship I wasn’t able to look after my teeth properly because I didn’t have the money or facilities to be able to clean them ! I’m over the moon with my new bottom teeth the staff sat with me and comforted me the whole appoiment and made sure I was okay at all times ! The staff at Yorkshire dental are the most amazing and helpful people ! I couldn’t be more happy with my teeth ! There amazing and make me feel so much better in myself !

I have just finished my teeth whitening treatment and I'm over the moon with the results, my smile looks so much brighter and more uniform! Everyone in the clinic was so lovely and supportive too, and the practice was literally like a spa so it made me feel immediately at ease. Speaking honestly I did struggle with teeth sensitivity while undergoing the treatment, but the results are worth it.

I honestly can't recommend them enough. I always thought u were meant to feel your wire retainer as I have for the last 29 years but after Sia Lord repaired a broken wire after my old orthodontist did a botched repair and caused pain the feeling was euphoric. Sia was great, had me laughing in my seat. He repaired the wire and wow it feels like my tongue touches tooth not wire, so smooth. I really want to get all my teeth done as 29 years ago I wasn't told to do the bottom teeth and there are a couple crooked teeth that are knocking on the top teeth and caused chips. I don't think I can afford it though 😫. I'm hoping I can save up but I don't work so..... anyhow enough woe me lol I'm ecstatic 1 tooth could feel this good. I cant imagine how a new set would feel. I have recommended Yorkshire Dental to lots of friends and I know 1 friend who always wanted his teeth doing is looking into it and thanked me for my info. Even if I don't win a raffle I'm still in awe of the lovely work done that stopped my pain,made the tooth feel lovely and made me realise never settle for less. The fact as part of Sia professionalism he taught me how the jaw works as he has done studies was astounding. Thank you so much x
Amazing experience. Cannot wait to start my treatment plan with them in a few weeks time and to finally see my end result. The dentist I saw, Darmesh, was so easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable. He advised me of the whole treatment plan and the stages we need to go through to get my desired smile. He was very knowledgeable and at no point did I feel under pressure to proceed with anything I didn’t want. We discussed composite bonding however, I decided to revisit this after I’d had my aligners. I’m so excited to start in June when my clear aligners arrive!I will also add that the pricing for the treatment is extremely reasonable and their finance plans are completely affordable. I was a little apprehensive at first, as I knew of their prestigious reputation and thought the pricing would be out of my affordability. This was absolutely not the case and I was very pleasantly surprised!Thank you for everything so far and I’m looking forward to the 9-12 months to see the end result!

I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

Having bad experience from numerous dentists in the past i was so happy with My experience at the yds in leeds. It was without a doubt superb. The staff are friendly and amazing. The owner was happily trying to give me some samosas which was very kind and pleasant, I had to decline due to having tooth removed. Amazing place, clean and modern, very friendly and personable staff, reception girls were welcoming and down to earth. All dressed very smart and looked the part! Dr Sia was my dentist today… explained everything to me without complicating things, gave me options and went out of his way and was super helpful… also he was so so funny! Very efficiently run, with pleasant and accommodating reception staff. Pleasant and relaxing surroundings. My appointment with the dentist was on time, if not a bit before. The dentist explained and discussed the procedure to be carried out and mutually agreed a path forward. The procedure itself was carried out professionally and considered my personal comfort at all times. Although priced at the higher end of the competition (in my opinion) I would definitely recommend their services.

The staff have been nothing but lovely here, unfortunately I have had a complex dental issue that has arisen and this has caused me to have to come back in a lot. I have not even started my treatment yet because of this complex dental issue unfortunately.But from the very first time I phoned and made an enquiry Poppy was outstanding, I had A LOT of questions regarding potential treatment and she spent almost an hour on the phone with me answering very thoroughly all of my questions that I had. She was amazing and so so patient with me.I then when in for a consultation with Dr Phil End, who has again been nothing but lovely, despite a dental complication that has unfortunately arisen at bad timing right before starting my treatment plan. He has been very kind and patient despite this.Sadie has been absolutely lovely, very informative and again spent a lot of the time on the phone explaining things to me. Sadie even kept me in the back of her head for cancellations, she moved my appointment forward 3 times in order to get me seen a lot quicker as she knew how keen I was to get my case dealt with ASAP.Tess on reception has also been extremely kind as one time I came out of the chair feeling very emotional and she was very kind and has always been super lovely in clinic and on the phone.The staff here are very lovely and are very experienced.Hopefully I can move forward with my treatment soon, as the complex dental issue has thrown such a spanner in the works and has caused a big delay in progressing with my treatment plan, but the staff have been so patient and lovely. I have just had a problematic wisdom tooth removed from my lower jaw at the Yorkshire Dental Suite. I’ve never had an extraction before and I was incredibly anxious about the pain I expected to feel. The professional team at reception made me feel very welcome and really put my mind at ease. Dr. Dalghous was wonderful, welcoming, informative and reassuring. The procedure was over in minutes and I can’t recommend him enough.
Could not recommend enough quick and efficient at booking appointments had the consultation and they went in depth on the entire process. They’ve made me feel comfortable since the moment I booked my appointment. Can not wait for my treatment. They get to know which I like as I’m not a fan of dentists so it makes you feel comfortable.

Amazing dentist! - Wisdom too experts!I travelled a bit away to get to Yorkshire Dental Suite hoping for same day wisdom tooth extraction for my impacted wisdom tooth and that's exactly what he offered me!The dentist and his dental nurses made me feel relaxed and told me it will only take 5 minutes, once numbed up it was out in a couple minutes.Worth the money, I highly recommend and would definitely go again!Thank you

Lovely place. I was well looked after by Dr Dalghous and his colleague when needing specialist treatment for my root canal. I have been discharged back to my NHS dentist now with x rays and a further recommended treatment plan. Everything has been handled smoothly with no stress. Great team!

I instantly panicked about how I was going to get my smile fixed?! I queried YDS online last night and received a lovely phone call from Poppy this morning. Not only did she get me in for a same day consultation, she rang me back as soon as there was extra space and got me in even earlier to ensure I had my composite bonding done that afternoon! I arrived and the girls at front of house were a delight and made me feel super comfortable. Today was my first time at Yorkshire Dental Suite, after admittedly avoiding the dentist (for far too long!) due to being a very nervous patient! The reception staff were very welcoming, and Kate couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly taking me through the financing process - which is super straightforward!My dentist took me through every part of the process from talking me through my X-rays, to even explaining what the numbers they shout out to the dental nurses mean!It is also comforting to know that the dentist I had my appointment with will be taking me through my whole treatment plan that we designed.Roll on March for my next appointment - I can’t believe I am typing that!!

However I wasn’t fully satisfied with the results so the clinic sent me extra syringes to make sure I achieve my desired results.Katie was extremely friendly and helpful. She did her best to make sure I’m happy with the outcome. 100% recommend :)
